Submissions

Bake your book with us. We accept queries year-round and read widely—fiction, nonfiction, poetry, children’s, and cross-genre projects.

What to include in your query

  • Pitch (cover letter): 1–3 paragraphs with your hook, audience, and why now.
  • Genre & word count (estimated). Optional comps if you have them.
  • Brief author bio (2–5 sentences) + any relevant links.
  • Synopsis: 1–2 pages (spoilers okay; we want the full arc).
  • Sample pages: first 3 chapters or ~30 pages (PDF or Word).

Timeline

We aim to respond within 6–8 weeks. Simultaneous submissions are welcome—please let us know if your work is accepted elsewhere.

How it works

1) Taste Test (Discovery)
We review your query and pages for fit and readiness.
2) Mix & Proof (Editorial Plan)
If we’re a fit, we request more and outline edits, design, and schedule.
3) Bake & Decorate (Production)
Editing, interior & cover design, metadata, and distribution setup.
4) Serve (Launch)
ARC guidance, reviews best practices, and storefront listings.
